So the Papa John's thing didn't work out. =/ WE were having massive bill issues (as in couldn't pay them all) and sat down to figure out where we could budget more. Turns out working at Papa John's was costing me more than I was bringing home, even with tips. t_t This was obviously not a good thing.

So I turned in my two weeks notice (yah yah, I got called back 'cause they were really hurting and it turned into more like a month's noticed, but still) and started job hunting. I'll skip the boring parts and get right to the dirt on Carquest.

I got hired as a delivery driver, but this time I drive a company car, they pay for gas and repairs. Right away I start earning paid sick days and paid vacation time. I get paid holidays. After 90 days I get medical, dental, 401k, and I get enrolled in the stock program. After a year I'm eligible to buy stock options. I think that's all right. I haven't even been working there a week, so I'm still learning what all happens when.

And, I work an eight hour day, that includes my hour lunch. 8am-4pm, no 8-5, sweet huh?

So what about school? Well I'm still going and planing on getting at least my massage thearapists certifications done. Because it's good to have an education and a back up plan.
